One of the most common IB courses for which students seek tutoring is math. It can be challenging, and the difficulty only increases as students’ progress through the IB’s several levels. It might be increasingly difficult to build upon core topics if a student does not have a good grip on them as the course progresses. Furthermore, many of the more advanced concepts are more abstract, necessitating a different kind of thinking. Even though math is an important subject for all students, many children score poorly in it. Clearly, there is potential for development and tutoring can be incredibly beneficial.
